Phlox (Per)

These range among the finest herbaceous perennials for beds and borders. Plants are hardy, requiring little protection and although they will flourish in any soil, they do best when planted in a rich, moist loam. The large flower heads composed of colourful florets, grow on tall stems and make good cut flowers. Powdery Mildew can be a problem if the plants are spaced too closely or lack good air circulation.
